"which hope we have as an anchor of the soul"

Yesterday on The Ninth Watch we prayed on the goodness of God. That God will satisfy us with His goodness. David as a man raised from grass to grace, from among the sheep to the kingship, to inherit the throne of glory had a thing to say on the goodness of God, ” I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living” Psalm 27:13

The goodness of God sustains a man in His infirmity. It is that which brings renewal when we are worn out and fainting ready to throw in the towel. God gives power to the faint, to those who have no might He increases strength (Isaiah 40:29).

Most of the times we use goodness in reference to God without fulling understanding  what thisImage really means. It is a word we sometimes use loosely. Sometimes you hear folks say something like, “God is good all the time, and all the time God is good”. It becomes a cliche and looses its essence. Understanding this goodness of God, and praying to be satisfied with such could be a life changing experience.

Everything God makes or gives is good. If it is of God, guaranteed is a good thing. James the Apostle through the Holy Spirit wrote “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning” James 1:17. The word good in that verse of scripture comes from the Greek word agathos which by definition means inherently (intrinsically) good. It describes what originates from God and is empowered by Him through faith. Because that good thing comes from God, it has in it that power or ability to perfect and accomplish its purpose.

Not everything that appears to be good is inherently good, but if it is of God and comes down from the Father of lights above, guaranteed, it is a good thing. Matter of fact scripture says that there is a way that seems right to man but the end thereof are ways of death (Proverbs 14:12)

Whatever God begins though, which intrinsically is good will always last. He who begins a  good work in you always sees it through to the end (Philippians 1:6). If it is of God, then it will last, He will see it through no matter the bumps along the way, “I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before Him” Ecclesiastes 3:14.

That whatever comes from above, from thee Father of lights, whatever God gives is good and cannot be gainsaid is witnessed by scripture, “And God saw every thing that He had made, and, behold, it was very good” Genesis 1:31. Do you think it was without any reason God told Moses on the mount that He will cause His goodness to pass before Him? “And He said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy” Exodus 33:19

Let us pray to be satisfied with this goodness, that He causes us to see this goodness all the days of our lives. Then we can truly say that the Lord is our helper and we will not fear what man can do to us. In The Name that is above every name, Jesus Christ Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

Prayer: Lord God my Father, satisfy me with your goodness, in The Name of your Son Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen!

“And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in The LORD his God” 1 SAMUEL 30:6

“Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise Him for  the help of His countenance” PSALM 42:5

Self motivation is an essential ingredient for progress and success. Motivation provides the stimulation needed to reach out when we rather feel insipid. A taxis describes an innate behavioral response by an organism to a directional stimulus. Like we studied many years ago at school, chemotaxis describes a phenomenon where certain cells and organisms direct their movement according to certain chemicals in their environment. This is important for certain cells to find food by…

This will change your prayer life

It is time for the people of God to rise to the call of prayer. There is an urgent need to rise and cry, call out, and pray to our God like never before. It is time for the wailing women to cry out, time for the watch men to stand upon their towers, watch and pray for the lives of our young children who faint for hunger, spiritual hunger on every street. It is time to enter into the secret place of prayer and there abide. It is time to pray until we see changes, till we see the glory of God in our lives. May this revive your spiritual life and stir you up to pray. Amen and Amen!

YOUR BEST IS YET TO COME

“Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth” JEREMIAH 33:6

“Come, and let us return unto The LORD: for He hath torn, and He will heal us; He hath smitten, and He will bind us up. After two days will He revive us: in the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight. Then shall we know, if we follow on to know The LORD: His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth” HOSEA 6:1-3

His going forth is prepared as the morning, Hallelujah!  I just can’t tell you how much I am getting into this. It is a good thing knowing and finding yourself in the will of God. Surfers always look out for the perfect wave. Having found that perfect wave, they just ride with it. It is always a blessing to know God’s will and riding with it. I will bring it health and cure, He said. God is all about restoration, He is about restoring His people to their original purpose. Sometimes you talk to people and they are like, Oh, by now I think I’m past time, the good days are all behind me. They look at where they are in life, their age, and compare with friends they began with. People sometimes look at the past and think about how good life was, and how different it is today. They think about how their contemporaries have advanced way ahead of them. Do you not know that seeds planted the same day inside the same hole do not sprout forth the same time? Again they comparing themselves with themselves are not wise as scripture says (2 CORINTHIANS 10:12). The witness of God is better than that of men. Let this sink deep into your spirit, I will, He said; I will bring restoration (health), I will cure them, and reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. His will is to reveal not just peace, but abundance of peace. Does your situation or condition now afford you peace? This is a sure sign that this word belongs to you. It is the will of God for you to have restoration and peace. Maybe like Sarah, out of shock or unbelief, you are laughing at this promises, your condition puts you in a position to deride this Word. You ask yourself, can I have pleasure? ” Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?” GENESIS 18:12. But do you not know, have you not heard, The Everlasting Father, The LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? You may faint and utterly fall, but He gives power to the faint, and increases the might of them that have no strength. So yes, you shall have pleasure even at this age, and in this condition.

I want to ask a you a question just like God asked Sarah, is anything too hard for The LORD? (GENESIS 18:14). He will heal and bind you up, He will revive and raise you up. He doesn’t just leave you there, if you follow on to know Him; His going forth is prepared as the morning. You are in the best moments of your life right now. The greatest thing you will ever need is what you have right now, God. All the rest shall fall in place. His going forth is prepared as the morning, and if walk in the light as He is in the light we have fellowship with one another (1 JOHN 1:7). He who follows me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life, Jesus said (JOHN 8:12). He is all about peace and will reveal it in its abundance to you. He says He will come to you as the rain, the early and the latter rain. The early rain comes to prepare the land for cultivation, whiles the latter rain prepares it for harvest. He will finish what He began in you. He sent the former rain to prepare your heart, the latter will come for the harvest. Scripture says we shall reap in due time if we faint not (GALATIANS 6:9). Wherever you are just open your mouth and thank God for the restoration, thank Him for the abundance of peace and truth. Just bless Him for His healing and revival. He has prepared a shinning path for you, He has given the former and the latter rain. Bless the Name of God wherever you are. He is good and His mercy endures forever. You will never be the same again. In The Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

KNOWLEDGE OF GOD’S SAVING STRENGTH

“Now know I that The LORD saveth His anointed; He will hear him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand” PSALM 20:6

“When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might rest in the day of trouble: when He cometh up unto the people, He will invade them with His troops” HABAKKUK 3:16

The sleep of the righteous is always sweet even in the midst turbulence. God gives rest and good sleep to His beloved (PSALM 127:2). Scripture says, as the beast goes down into the valley and The Spirit of God causes it to rest, so God leads His people to make Himself a glorious name (ISAIAH 63:14). The disciples of Jesus came to find Him fast asleep in the midst of a storm and they were astonished. Their question was, Master, carest thou not that we perish? (MARK 4:38). Jesus knew something they didn’t know, He had something they didn’t have. God is our refuge and our fortress, a very present help in times of need. We will not fear, though the earth be removed, and the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea (PSALM 46). Jesus stood in the presence of Pontius Pilate and sent shivers through his family. The wife warned him, be careful, have nothing to do with this just man because I have suffered many things in a dream this day because of Him (MATTHEW 27:19). The just shall not be moved. The wicked will rather run when no man pursues him, ” The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion” PROVERBS 28:1. Jesus was as bold as a lion even in the face of death, ” Then saith Pilate unto Him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee? Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin” JOHN 19:10-11. The righteous can be confident that the wicked has no power at all whatsoever over him, except permitted by God. The rod of the wicked will never rest upon the lot of the righteous (PSALM 125:3). God will never give you over as a prey to their teeth. The Psalmist when he realized all these said, now I know, I know that God saves His anointed. In case you didn’t know, now you know, now you can be confident in the saving strength of God.

God becomes a wall of fire around His people (ZECHARIAH 2:5). Even the devil knows this. God made a hedge of protection around Job and all he had, “Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side?” JOB 1:10. The child of God shall have no fear when he has knowledge of this. If you didn’t know, now you know! When Habakkuk saw God coming to the aid of His people and invading them with His troops, he said he will rest in the day of trouble. Days of trouble are not days of rest but of anxiety. Those who know their God, however, shall be strong and do exploits. God works in ways we cannot see, He defends us when we are not even aware of such. He defended Abraham and saved his wife from the hands of Abimelech, “But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man’s wife” GENESIS 20:3. God saved Jacob from the hands of Laban, “It is in the power of my hand to do you hurt: but the God of your father spake unto me yesternight, saying, Take thou heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad” GENESIS 31:29. The knowledge of God’s saving power in the day of trouble gives a pleasant rest to His people. Now I know that The LORD saves His anointed, he said. You shall not be moved. You shall be like a tree planted by the water side. God will surround you as the mountains surround Jerusalem. Peace shall dwell within your curtains. Your life will never be the same again. In The Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

QUIT CRYING AND ACT

“And The LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward: But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea” EXODUS 14:15-16

“Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done” MATTHEW 21:21

The powers granted believers in accordance with our commission and being the children of God is much more than some of us can imagine. Jesus before His ascension said unto His disciples that all power in heaven and earth is given unto Him. Having received this power, He commissioned them and us which believe on Him afterwards to go in this power (MATTHEW 28:18,19). He has delegated us to walk in the same power granted Him, and exercise it just like Himself would. Paul the Apostle spoke of the exceeding greatness of His power to us-ward who believe according to the working of His mighty power (EPHESIANS 1:19). If only we can understand this, if only we can know how empowered we are to handle situations that come our way! Regarding the working of God’s mighty power, there is no limit to what He can do in and with your life. I read the accounts of Elijah and Elisha and I ask myself, so what couldn’t these men do? If they wanted to cross a river, all they needed was their faith in God, they never had to worry about any boat. They wrap their mantles and smite the river and it parts here and there, they walk on dry ground (2 KINGS 2:8,14). They never once doubted the working of God’s mighty power in them. They never once doubted if it was going to work or not, it was natural to them just as walking is to you and me. See, I never wake up in the morning wondering if I am ever going to be able to walk, I just get up and walk. That was how natural the supernatural had become to them. They believed according to the working of God’s mighty power and therefore had an exceeding great access to that power.

God wants us to know that this power is granted us to deal with various situations in our lives. All we have to do is rise up, and with our faith deal with the situation. Scripture says that all things are possible to him who believes (MARK 9:23). The problem is sometimes we cry and cry to God when He expects us to rise up and deal with the situation through our faith and the power granted us. Just rise up and speak to the situation. Jesus said, if you shall say unto this mountain… All you have to do is to exercise that power and the problem should obey. Is it not interesting how God responded to Moses’ cry? Wherefore criest thou unto me, He asked? The power to divide the sea was in his hands, all he had to was lift up his rod and stretch his hand over the sea. Could it be that sometimes God approaches our problems the same way? Could it be that He is expecting you and me to rise up and go forward? Could it be that He expects us to exercise our authority rather than our constant crying? It is about time we exercised that exceeding greatness of His power granted you and me. It is time to walk in faith and in the power of God. Every power in heaven and earth given Jesus is accessible to you and me. Quit worrying and exercise your authority. You will never be the same again. In The Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

PROSPERING IN GOD’S WILL

“And he said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, I pray thee, send me good speed this day, and shew kindness unto my master Abraham. Behold, I stand here by the well of water; and the daughters of the men of the city come out to draw water: And let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: let the same be she that thou hast appointed for thy servant Isaac; and thereby shall I know that thou hast shewed kindness unto my master” GENESIS 24:12-14

“And Gideon said unto God, If thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said, Behold, I will put a fleece of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the fleece only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said. And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the fleece together, and wringed the dew out of the fleece, a bowl full of water” JUDGES 6:36-38

God will make all things beautiful this particular season in the lives of His people, as we find ourselves in His will. I know those who have ears are hearing what The Spirit is saying this season. Many may be wondering and asking how, and by what authority we are saying all these things? Well if you had ears, you will hear the same thing. God will do nothing but first reveal to His servants the Prophets (AMOS 3:7). It is by this revelation and authority we do speak. The heavens are opened over God’s people and those who find themselves in God’s will, will see success. The rain and dew from heaven is falling, He is giving the latter rain to every grass in the field. Every good seed sown shall spring forth and bud. The flood gates are opened and God’s people shall step into their own. What you struggled with previous seasons shall be very easy this season. The favour of God will abound, and great grace shall be upon all of God’s people. God will be kind to His people and send His Angels before us in every good cause we take. We have stepped into God’s own appointed season and those who seek shall find, those who ask shall receive, and to everyone who knocks shall have the door swing wide open. Hear ye The Word of The LORD, “Thus saith The LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me” ISAIAH 45:11. Concerning His plans for your life, He says to ask, make inquiries and having found yourself in His will, command ye Him. Can a man command God? No, not by presumption, but as of petition. Having found yourself in His will, He obliges Himself, yet as of grace to hearken to your voice and performs your charge. Grace is used most of the times in the Word of God to mean a superior stooping to show kindness to an inferior, “Who humbleth Himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!” PSALM 113:6. The word humble in that text is translated from the word ‘shaphel’ which means to abase, to bring low, or become low.

Abraham’s servant found himself in a mission by divine appointment. God had appointed Rebecca for Isaac. His duty was to walk in that divine appointment and then find that special one. The problem we have sometimes is operating outside the will of God. When we find ourselves in His will, our confidence in Him is, whatever we ask, we receive (1 JOHN 5:14). Abraham being a Prophet of God knew the certain of the success of the appointment. The servant wasn’t sure but Abraham was,” And the servant said unto him, Peradventure the woman will not be willing to follow me unto this land: must I needs bring thy son again unto the land from whence thou camest? And Abraham said unto him, Beware thou that thou bring not my son thither again. The LORD God of heaven, which took me from my father’s house, and from the land of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this land; He shall send His Angel before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence” GENESIS 24:5-7. In this certainty, and this assurance, the man asked and as it were commanded God, not of presumption, but of petition. Let the same be she that thou has appointed for thy servant Isaac, he demanded. When you find yourself in God’s will, you decree and it’s established (JOB 22:28). Inquire from God this season concerning the works of His hands, and ask for signs. Will God humble Himself? His grace which surpasses all understanding will make Him stoop in showing favour to you. Will The Sovereign God reason with men? Yet says The Most High God, ” come now, and let us reason together” ISAIAH 1:18. God will send His Angels before you this season and they shall do all His bidding. Gideon found himself in the will of God, and asked for signs concerning the work of His hands and God obliged. Inquire from God concerning the works of His hands, and ask Him, whether in the heavens above or the depth below (ISAIAH 7:11). You will never be the same again. In The Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

YOUR SPIRIT WILL SUSTAIN YOU

“The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?” PROVERBS 18:14

“For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day” 2 CORINTHIANS 4:16

It is very sad that most of the times we pay attention to the secondary issues of life at the expense of the primary and the most important ones. These misplaced priorities if not duly addressed could cost us dearly. Most of us will have to address our poorly spiritual lives this season. We would have to pay more attention to its development and stability. We would have to pay more attention to the nourishment, the adorning and growth of our inner man. It will go a long way to benefit us. It will provide stability and the endurance we need in the face of opposing storm. Our spirit is going to be the anchor which fastens us to that Rock of Ages who is Christ Jesus. Your spirit will sustain you in the times of your infirmity. I had an interesting conversation with this man on the train yesterday as I journeyed to preach at an appointment yesterday. I later found out that he was an Assemblies of God Pastor who had also traveled far for a pastors conference in my area. He asked me a question, is Christianity hard or easy? Both was my answer! What do you mean by both, he asked? He had just talked lovingly to her wife on the phone prior to our conversation. I said well ,it is like love, sometimes it’s bitter, sometimes sweet. I realized first of all he wanted to test my knowledge of scripture when he realized I was on my way to preach. Secondly he had this philosophy he wanted to defend and in a way influence me with such. I say he wanted to test my knowledge of scripture because he asked, what does MATTHEW 11:28 say, I quoted and then he added the verse 29 and 30, ” Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light”. I reckoned he comes from the school of thought who believes that Christians do not suffer affliction. I could see he was one of those who believe that if a believer suffers, it may be all be down to something he may not be doing right. He said, you see, Jesus said His yoke is light so how can you say Christianity is both hard and easy?. I said well sir, He still called it a yoke and a burden. It only becomes easier when side by side He helps us carry them.

Having spoken lovingly to his wife, he asked again, how can love be both sweet and bitter? I was like well, certain people lose their minds for love when their hearts gets broken. Why am I given all these illustrations? Our existence on earth till death is swallowed up in victory, till corruption puts on in-corruption is going to be both bitter and sweet. Sometimes it will be easy, and other times hard. Wisdom and prudence demands that we make preparations for the future. Feeding and building one’s spirit will stand him in good stead when troubled times come. Spending quality time on nourishing and building your spirit which is the inner man will sustain you in days of adversity. You will still be thriving when the outward man is well beaten down and ready to give up. It was a revelation Mary caught which Martha couldn’t comprehend. She spent her time sitting at Jesus’ feet, hearing and feeding on spiritual food. For this Jesus said no man could take away from her, “And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her” LUKE 10:41-42. Strive for that most important thing which is, building your spirit through God’s Word. Storms may come, so may floods; but in all, you will still be standing. You will be well equipped with spiritual armour, and having done all, to stand, ” Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand” EPHESIANS 6:13. May God give us the grace to pay more attention to our spiritual progress and development. We will never be the same again. In The Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

BE STRONG AND PRESS ON

“Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith The LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith The LORD, and work: for I am with you, saith The LORD of hosts: According to the word that I covenanted with you when ye came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remaineth among you: fear ye not” HAGGAI 2:4-5

“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away” MARK 13:31

The Spirit of God bears witness with our spirits that this is going to be a very successful season. A year of fulfillment and accomplishments. Whatever God starts or has already started, He will finish. The people of God will know no defeat. We will move from one glory to another, one level of grace to the next. Catching God’s revelation and buying into such will be very critical. It is going to be according to His Word. Sanity and serenity will only prevail in God’s domain, His Kingdom. Your will shall not prevail but His. He will bless and make fruitful what He sanctions not what you desire to consume upon your insatiable lust. Every work divinely orchestrated by God shall have a major break by leaps and bounds. The outside world shall find it tough, even so, we shall be glad; God shall fill our lips with laughter. We are going to have that ‘Goshen experience’. When all the world lies in gross darkness, we shall have light. The scripture, “you are the light of the world”, have never been more relevant in your life than it is going to be this year. Yet again, it is going to be according to His covenant Word. God has sworn, and will not repent, He has promised, and will not fail; He has blessed and cannot reverse it. For this reason He says to be strong and work, he is with you. What God is saying is, every good project you embark on, take heart, be resolute, and press on; there is light at the end of the tunnel. He shall give rain to every green grass on the field, ” Ask ye of The LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so The LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field” ZECHARIAH 10:1. This is the season of the latter rain. God shall make bright clouds and give rain. All the links and opportunities which heretofore have been non-existent in your life shall be created. The parched grounds shall spring up, He shall make rivers in the deserts. All will be according to His covenant Word, His word of promise.

This is a season of release, spiritually, a year of jubilee; every man is returning to his possession. That which you lost is coming back to you, ” …it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family” LEVITICUS 25:10. The captives shall be set free, it is the year of The Lord’s favour as proclaimed by Christ Jesus (LUKE 4:19). It is fulfilled in your hearing today. According to His word, it shall be unto you. It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for a jot of His Word to fail. Like Mary your response to God’s promises this year must be, ” be it unto me according to your Word” LUKE 1:38. Had a discussion with a friend on how scripture says that God has already given us all things that pertains to life and godliness, “According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” 2 PETER 1:3-4. The question was, God has already given us all things, He is not about to, but has already, so why are we not seeing it? A strong man arms himself, keeps his house and his goods are safe, until a stronger than he comes, disarm him and spoils his goods (LUKE 11:21,22). There is a spiritually strong man holding our God given possessions captive. By The Word of God, there is a release this year. You shall build and inhabit, you shall plant a vineyard and drink of it. There shall be peace throughout all your coast. God says, be strong and work, for He is with you. You will never be the same again. In The Name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!

REVIVING HOPES AND DREAMS

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live” JOHN 5:25

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what The Spirit saith unto the churches…” REVELATION 2:11

We are believing God to make His Word good in our lives this year as we look forward to the many benefits He has in stall for us. Among the many things He will be doing is, bringing a revival in every area of our lives. Certain dead situations in your life shall be revived. The life giving Spirit of God shall hover over certain dead situations and at the voice of God give life. Many hopes and dreams shall come to life. Many lost dreams and projects shall be retrieved and revived. Dreams you gave up on a long time ago are coming back to life. God is restoring to you all the years the locust have eaten (JOEL 2:25). He stands crying, if any man thirst,  let him come and drink. To all that are weary with your journey, hearken to the voice of Jesus calling, as many as hear Him shall live. If the dry bones can only hear The Word of The LORD, they shall live, ” Again He said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear The Word of The LORD. Thus saith The Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live,Then He said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith The Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel” EZEKIEL 37:4-5, 11-12. God is giving life, and as many as hear Him shall live.

That same Spirit which raised Jesus Christ from the dead, is ready to quicken your mortal body “But if The Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you” ROMANS 8:11. If only you can hear His voice, if only your ‘dry bones’ could hear what He says! That hour now is, this is the year of God’s favour, it is the year and hour of His visitation. Those who hear His voice shall be revived. Maybe like the woman with the issue of blood, you have spent all your living trying to change your situation, but keep getting worse. Just reach out and touch the life giving hem of His garment, you will be made whole. He who calls the stars by their names (PSALM 147:4), is calling out your name. He who who called Lazarus from the grave is calling out your name. He is calling you out of your grave. He is speaking life into your dead situation, “And when I passed by thee, and saw thee polluted in thine own blood, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live; yea, I said unto thee when thou wast in thy blood, Live” EZEKIEL 16:6

As the world lay confused and choked, as the very last breath of human institutions gets spent, the glory of God shall be risen on you, His Spirit will give you life. They will come to the ‘tomb’ and find you risen. You shall be a living among the dead. Those who hear shall live, says God’s Word. As many as can tune in to God’s frequency, those who will be on the same wave length will see a revival. Scripture says that the secret of The LORD is with them that fear Him, to them He will reveal His covenant (PSALM 25:14). The secret to reviving that relationship will be given as you hear. That business strategy will be revealed as you hear His voice. Go back and pick that old diary of yours, look out for the plans you penned down sometime ago. They are are coming to life. This is the hour of God’s visitation. Arise and shine, hear and live. You will never be the same again. In The name that is above all names, Jesus Christ, Son of The Living God. Amen and Amen!
